Cover Shot

So the Stigmata Crew are on the cover of this weeks Echo Reader's Choice Awards issue. We won for Best Place to Get Tattooed, Best Place to Get Pierced and our head tattoo artist Steve Baker won for Best Local Tattoo Artist. It is the first time in Echo's history that they have asked a tattoo studio to be on the cover. We had so much fun doing this photo shoot and want to thank you all for voting for us.

We may not be the biggest but we will always be the best!

October News

Our website will be updated shortly with pictures of the newly renovated studio so keep an eye out for the brand new look of Stigmata.

We also just recieved news that again, Stigmata has won the Echo Readers Choice awards for the Tri-Cities for both Best Place to Get Tattooed and for Best Place to Get Pierced. Thank you all for your votes. And in the Readers choice awards issue coming out in aprox. two weeks time keep an eye out for the cover shot. For the first time in Echos history they are putting a tattoo studio on the cover

September News

We're are sad to announce that Borden will be leaving Stigmata as of September 30th, he's heading out east to be with his lovely wife. We'll miss him greatly. If you're in the middle of a piece, or just looking to get something done be sure to book your appointments soon!


Also, microdermals are now available!! Drop by the shop to talk to our staff regarding any questions or to get one.

Guest Piercer

Aug 25-26 Stigmata welcomes guest piercer Matt Cottrell (Hellspawn).

Along with standard piercings Matt will also be offering scarification and microdermals. You can check out his portfolio on facebook here.

June Update

Stigmata has several exciting announcements for June;

Firstly, we’d like to welcome the newest addition to our team, Craig Lewis who is joining us from Adrenaline (Toronto, ON). Craig has been tattooing for four years; specializing in large bold custom work with a particular interest in neo-traditional Japanese style. You can drop by the shop to check out his portfolio (which will be available online shortly) and book a consultation.

Renovations at the shop are nearly complete, the final addition being an all new display case for our new selection of jewelry. As a thank you for 10 great years we’ve lowered the cost of both jewelry and piercings- so come by and check it out!

We’re also inviting all local artists to send submissions our way to be displayed in the shop. Samples can be e-mailed to info@stigmatabodyart.com.

Stigmata will be hosting the Health Educators Blood Borne Pathenogens Cross Contamination Prevention and Sterilization Course in the following months, if you're interested in taking this course please contact us at the above e-mail.

Looking for Experienced Tattoo Artists

We are now accepting resumes for experienced tattoo artists looking to work full time.
Anthon, who has been with Stigmata since 2001, will be leaving the shop. We're sad to see you go but know you'll do great!

Renovations

Stigmata is currently closed for renovations, we will be reopening on Wednesday May 20th.
Although the bulk of the changes will be completed this weekend there is still more to come through the next few months!
